Arrived Time to buy mattress and bed! Passing the front of the store thought to be expensive. When we entered we were well catered for and found a good deal! I bought and recommend buying at Ashley
We’ve had several visits at Ashley between my in laws and us, every time they’re there to help but they’ve always given us space to breath! Most recent we were with Richard Schechtman and he was so knowledgeable on the products and the company. He assisted us with ease on our first big purchase. Explained the process throughly and was a pleasure!! Will be back to get a dining room set and entertainment center in the future!! We’re so excited to have great quality furniture that we know Will be lasting us a lifetime!

Im giving 5 stars to the salesperson Cesar Quinones whom I had the pleasure of ordering a piece of furniture from. 2 days ago I went in and left extremely dissatisfied with the salesperson that was suppose to help me, he (Ted) clearly didn't want to make a sale because he had a very negative attitude about everything, even looking items up for me on the computer. Our sales associate Richard was wonderful! He was a delight to work with, very personable and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and helped us in selecting our perfect sofa. This was our first time shopping at Ashley and we had a very pleasant experience! Very excited to get our new sofa delivered!

Had an amazing experience with Chris the customer service rep real professional and not pushy the transaction went so smooth so if you plan on visiting the Kissimmee location trust me ask for Chris and you will not have an issue !!
