I just want to say that Amy the sales associate was very courteous, friendly, professional & knowledgeable about the various mattresses sold by Ashley. My husband & I are extremely happy with our purchase of the king split mattress & lift. She worked within our budget & gave us a great price that we couldn't turn down. I also want to mention that even though the store closes at 9pm, she went above & beyond past 9pm to make sure we were pleased w/o pressuring or rushing us out the door at 9pm. The furniture is the best. The salesman, Chris, is THE BEST. He helped us with almost a house full of stuff for our new place. Make sure you ask for Chris! P.S. the prices were very good
Horrible customer service and follow up. I had originally given them a 5 star rating, however their customer service, delivery and follow up is definitely not up to par!

Bought 3 sofa beds from there and 1 came without a mattress in it. I've been dealing with this for over a month now trying to get the mattress I paid for, but keep getting the run around. I was originally told I could pick one up in 2 weeks but they wouldn't deliver because it was my fault. The delivery came almost 2 hours after the window, so I was not there for the delivery, which is apparently my fault. I would look elsewhere for furniture based on the lack of service at this location.
How horrible the customer service can not be that I have almost two months and they do not make my bed they make me waste my time doing a schedule and they do not comply are the worst
