Horrible... purchased $3000 for 2 tables and chairs 3 months ago the sales rep said has warranty for a year .. well 90 days later chairs $250 chairs are falling apart $1500 table has a discolor on it .. and they said it's customer used issue .. can't replaced it ... Of anyone want pictures pls just ask ... Will post on other sites for ppl not to be screws like me

We will never buy from Ashley Furniture again. This is our first time buying in Inverness,Florida and we have been screwed! When we bought in Indianapolis we had no problems with returns and since we moved to Citrus County on our first purchase online in store by sales person Lori Ingrahm we are being stuck with paying for a piece of crap bookcase that my husband was told was real wood . Even the first error manager and the seller were nice and I managed to go home with a new furniture. But even when I told them is a new home won't be on gps. And told them to put the name of it and zip code turns out that they send my furniture that was supposed to be here today since is my day off to a diferentes part of Florida. And turns out that I over heard on the phone that they said it was my fault I gave them the wrong addressed.
