No recomiendo esta mueblería, falta de respeto a los clientes el decir que tu mercancía te lo entregan de 3 a 4 semanas, tengo más de 2 meses esperando y ahora dicen que la entrega será hasta Mayo , las 3 o 4 semanas se convirtieron en 4 meses, mi compra fue en enero 2019. Falta de profesionalismo, no pierdan su tiempo yendo a comprar en Ashley furniture
The new show room in Orlando close to the Millenia Mall really messed me up. My delivery was pushed back a whole month due to the mistake they made. The ladies at the desk seem to be very nice and professional but the store manager never called me to correct the problem with my fruniture.
RecommendedRicardo was very helpful and considerate. Shopping experience was great.
Abel was a very excellent salesman. He made sure that we had no questions and got the ex and ct items that we needed. All around pleasant experience

My fiance and I were expecting delivery of our new living room set 12/21/18, just in time for Xmas and my family in town. However, that didn't happen due to the negligence of the sales associates. My phone number was given verbally, twice, as the contact for delivery as I purposely took time off work to receive our furniture, but my number was recorded incorrectly. I could not be any more disappointed in a retailer than Ashley Furniture. Simply awful customer service. I’ve never felt less valued as a customer. They don’t return phone calls, they don’t keep to scheduled appointment windows. They don’t notify you when they will be late. They don’t deliver furniture undamaged furniture. They make little effort to make good on the consumer’s purchase. They don’t even answer the phone.
