The in store experience was great and the salesman was very helpful. The delivery however was not. The delivery man was rude and mean throughout the entire ordeal and simply had a bad attitude. We asked the delivery man to put on some shoe covers before entering our home (remember, COVID-19) and he threatened me and my husband that he would sue us if he put the shoe covers on and slipped on the floor. This experience has been a total disaster. Let's start with the delivery. We were initially given a delivery time between 2:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on July 10th. I was surprised to get a call from the delivery driver at 10:30 a.m. stating that we were next. I told him that we weren't ready to take delivery, but would be during the time slot that was given at the time of purchase. When the truck arrived I was surprised to see only one delivery guy. Horrible service, been lied to multiply times about a delivery and when I cancelled the delivery they still charged me for partial delivered items I told them to come back and pick up. This is a place that no one should go and buy from. Two different people at the store said they would help me fix the issue and said they would call me back so I didn't have to go back to the store and both times they did not call.
