Had a bad experience....... ordered a area rug, May 25 th, said we Would have it by June 17, ok things happen, but had to go into store June 18, to find out where it was! They never called with updates, Nor did they answer their phones when we tried to call, several times A day the week before! Told us it would be delivered, July 8 th, But couldn’t guarantee, We said screw this .....our LR has been bare Middle of June. I don't recommend AcceptanceNOW to anyone. In January 2020 I bought a sofa at Ashley Homestore and was offered a loan that I found interesting. I couldn't imagine that I was making a mistake, because my English is still not enough to understand some things. Anyway, what's worse is that in March I called AcceptanceNOW to make the final payment and I was informed that they were closed because of the Corona Virus and that I needed to wait. I never do this but I wish I could give this place zero stars for one specific man. His name was Ted Kramer and he made such a disgusting “joke” to the group I was with, who was my boyfriend and mom. As usual, when you walk through the door an employee approaches you (which was Ted today).
