Not even worth 1 star. Paid mega money for a “leather” couch sectional and extra for the “warranty”. What they don’t tell you is that after 1 claim you no longer have a warranty. One piece of sectional began loosing pieces of the leather (tech told us upon inspection it was because of cheap and very thin leather) and it was covered. 4 months later a different piece of sectional began doing the same thing. Warranty company said sorry about your luck. I then sent a certified letter to your store and got no reply. So much for c... read more
