Ashi properties are just phenomenal!!!! They are super professional, and have been incredibly helpful with any issues that I've had within the property. They have done so much work to the property, including re-insulating the external walls. You can clearly tell the landlords care about maintaing their properties. The rates of rent are fair for the area and as I am renting more long term they have not raised the prices since I've moved in (two years ago!) Well priced property in a good location for students, maintenance very helpful with any issues, kind people any time I interacted with them and, despite taking a few weeks, I was happy with the deposit returned. Definitely one of my better renting experiences.
