We booked an appointment with Colm to visit our home for advice and quote. He arrived 15 minutes prior to agreed time. I asked if he could wait for 5 minutes as we had another salesman currently with us (as I am sure all companies expect you are not just going to get ONE quote). He never replied to me. Looked disgruntled, turned on his heels, went to his car and drove off! Never returned at agreed upon time. I texted Ciaran, whom I assume is his boss to say what had happened and how we found this to be unprofessional. No res... read more
