Absolutely useless multiple times. Had bloods a few weeks ago and I got told I had to redo them due to 2 parts flagging up. Had the second lot of bloods and didn’t hear anything, I had to call up to get told “no action required” and if I wanted any more info I’d have to go through their triage and book another appointment. Such a useless gp centre.
Dreadful surgery. The move to online booking system for appointments is a complete step backwards because the technology used is so poor. Reception staff are rude and unfriendly especially when speaking to the elderly and vulnerable.
My Name is June Roberts I saw Dr. Uddin On the 12th of August 2025 I was extremely pleased with the Doctor I ,saw he was understanding, kind , and very helpful.I had a very bad rash on my arms and chest and legs. He gave me 2 types antibiotics, and a special soap, two days later my skin is cleaning up slowly,and very nicely. Looking better each day it will take some time to heal completely.Thank you Regards June Roberts . I FEEL MANY OF THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE ARE VERY QUESTIONABLE????
Really poor service. My husband tried to get an appointment for a sty and was advised we don’t do eyes anymore. The upshot of this is now surgery. Shocking.
There are lots of inefficiencies and systems that do not connect to each other as they should and when it affects someone's health, it can be extremely detrimental. My elderly mothers medication suddenly stopped with no warning. The surgery had deregistered her because she didn't answer her mobile... that she hasn't had for 4 years and it had been removed from the system when I added my details.
