In my opinion my mother was completely neglected whilst in this care home. Apparently only 2 incontinence pads were allowed per patient per day ( I had to provide pads for her) medical decisions were made without myself being consulted (even though I had full power of attorney due to my mother's dementia) she told my she was slapped in the face, and that the chocolates and gifts I sent were taken by the staff, I'll never know the truth as my mother had dementia, and the then manager said that this was not the case and he wou... read more
