Best place to live! Staff is awesome and friendly, amenities are great. The location gets you anywhere and the apartment is just perfect.
We needed a place last minute after we sold our house and Grace was so quick to answer our request that we decided that this was the place for us! Super convenient location, gorgeous clubhouse, well made apartments and great staff! The communication has been superb and we really appreciate the professionalism.
So happy with my new apartment and all the amenities that come with it!
We moved in at the end of April and have absolutely loved it here! The staff is amazing, super friendly, and helpful. The apartment itself is gorgeous with great amenities and a well thought out layout. The pool, fitness center, and clubhouse are spectacular. The location is convenient but far enough from the main road that noise is never a problem.
Recently moved here and it has been great so far. The biggest difference I see in this community and the last one I lived at is how friendly everyone is. Neighbors talk to each other and I can’t wait until management puts together some community gatherings. My apt is nice, pool is nice, and gym and pool table room are great extras. The office staff has been great since the day I filled out my application and the move in process was effortless. Love calling the Exchange, Home.

My brief experience here at Asheville Exchange has been absolutely wonderful! Every bit of the "onboarding" process was seamless, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The community is such a safe, fun, environment, and has made moving that much easier! Conveniently located, this upscale apartment complex has been the perfect place to call home!
