This is not a safe place to live at all. Someone just died in building 126 from a HEROIN overdose a few days ago. I heard some of the roommates screaming from hundreds of feet away and now I'm afraid to walk out at night. Who the heck are they allowing to live here? I smell pot all the time when I walk my dog. Rules are not enforced at all! There are so many loud obnoxious tenants who disregard the rules, and the girls in the office are totally feckless. Beautiful property with absolutely amazing amenities. They have it ALL. Sarah, McKayla, Stephen, Megan and Josh are always willing to help out, and they go above and beyond for their residents. Highly recommend!
I have been here almost two years. Yesterday a hinge came off of my storage closet and it would not close. It's out in the main public area, so it needed to be taken care of right away. I called in an urgent maintenance request, and once again the response was within 1 minute and repair completed within 30 minutes. I love this place!!
I was let go from my job. Went in June 25th to put in a 60 day notice. After everything was said and done I was told and sent s copy of my final payments etc. the last payment I was told would be 859. I verified this by calling twice. Sat down and talked to someone for over an hour to triple check that all I had left was in fact 859 and I had to be out by August 25th. I went in today July 27th to pay that final amount and I was told I had another 1600 to pay by August 25th. WHATT? The ladies in the front office are liars. 3 ... read more
This property is by far the best in Asheville. All the staff is spectacular and attentive. They just revamped the dog park with Astro Turf and new equipment. My doggo loves it! You will not find a better community in Asheville.
