I moved in about five weeks ago and the apartment has been great. The layout is very spacious, and there are so many great amenities. The noise levels haven't been too bad. Obviously, with apartment living you will hear others who live around you but it has been very minimal. The staff has been really helpful and move in went very smoothly. My husband, son and I have only lived here for about 3 weeks. But in this short amount of time we have loved it! Everything is updated, new and nice! We love the convince of how close it is to everything especially our jobs! We also really appreciate how maintenance has been on top of everything and also responds in a very timely manner. The staff is very friendly and the amenities are amazing. The pool is open. The hammocks are a great place to relax. The perk is that big dogs are allowed. I looked at multiple houses that would not accept my dog because he weighed over 70 pounds. This place never questioned it. There is a dog park. It’s small but it has made it easier for him to adjust to apartment life. The gym is up to date. It’s my favorite place I’ve lived around the area.
I love my new home! I moved here from New York City a few weeks ago and find the accommodations, gym, and swimming pool to all be exceptional benefits to life at Asheville Exchange!
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location for my first apartment. Living here allows quick and easy access to the rest of Asheville and the mountains! The apartments are brand new and the grounds, pool, etc are always kept very nicely. Oh and I LOVE HAVING A GARAGE. Also, all of my experiences with management have been exceptionally pleasant. I’m so very happy with my decision to live here.
We moved in two weeks ago coming from a house to an apartment. Even tho the area is smaller we don’t feel cramped at all. Our dog has adjusted to apartment living very well and our cat to being inside. Finding a pet friendly apartment was a big plus. The elevator has made being on the fourth floor manageable as well as our Blue wagon. The staff has been responsive to any of our questions and helpful. Can’t wait for spring to use the pool.
This place is amazing!!! The move was easy and seamless..Everything was done electronically...Megan was very attentative and worked around our needs. We love the layout of our apt..The kitchen in particular is spacious and great with new appliances. The location is perfect with a grocery store down the block and the outlets right accross the street!
I was one of the first residents in this apartment complex and have had ZERO complaints! I had a stress free moving-in process and the staff has been great to work with! Overall definitely recommend it!!
