LOVE this place! As soon as my roommates and I checked this complex out, we were sold! This is my first time living on my own and the staff were incredibly kind and helped us choose the best living plan to suit our needs. Since moving in, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff, neighbors and especially the doggos!! Super spacious apartment with all new appliances. My only complaint is that I didn't find this place sooner!
This apartment complex is amazing! I've been here for 3 months and you can't beat the amenities and friendly staff. I love the pool, and there so many cute dogs everywhere! Maintenance is staff is very responsive to issues as well!
My husband and I have been here about 3 months and we have had the best experience. MUCH better than past experiences with apartments. The leasing staff has always been so polite and answered every little question I have, which made moving in simple and painless. Our apartment is actually smaller than our last one but feels twice as big due to the practical floor layout. Our dog loves the dog park and goes everyday. My husband and I are enjoying living at Asheville Exchange! Grace and Megan made the move in process painless and any questions or concerns are very quickly addressed. The floor plans are open and everything is new. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds are kept up nicely. We love the gym and the rest of the amenities. Location is pretty convenient - 15 minutes to downtown, five minutes from Bent Creek and just a few more minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway!
Every interaction I have with the Asheville Exchange team surpasses my expectations. Any time I email the team I hear back much faster than I've experience with any other community I've lived. Asheville Exchange is great and after looking at over 10 other apartments before, I could stop after seeing Asheville Exchange. After moving from California, a two bedroom is cheaper here than a one bedroom in Cali, has a Vegas style pool, and the staff is amazing, especially Megan. Service request are very fast.
