Bought a BMW from them last year , on my way home I found out the Bluetooth didn’t work ( after they told me they used it several times ) and the promised owners manual was not there , I called them about it. They told me to make a appointment at the nearest BMW dealer and give them a call when I was there. I called them , and they played stupid like they didn’t know anything about it. Service personnel rude, have a brand new Jeep Renegade, going back to Toyota. People is more friendly and car won't leak after being serviced by rude employees.

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Da'Quan today. Exceptional service and wonderful experience. After visiting a few different dealers I will definitely say this was my best experience by far. Would recommend anyone in the market for a new car to check them out, you definitely won't regret it.

The problem is you have to deal with the service department. Constant turnover. I actually say one rep cuss at the other rep and leave one day. They don't think it's important to contact you on delays on them being able to look your car. Apparently their policy is to on notify you when they have the problem identified. Don't seem to care that you might need to make plans for alternative transportation. GM obviously doesn't consider it important enough to call back. I have purchased 3 vehicles here. I will not purchase a 4th.
This place was awesome! Sales person was amazing helped me a lot. Anyone looking to buy a car come to dodge they will work with you in any circumstance!!!!
