bought a new jeep in 2017. always had oil changed at dealership. last time they changed oil in August they failed to put cap back on. we rarely drive auto. when we started noticing a smell we open hood to find cap was left off. called dealership on Saturday....no response. called back 4 days later and service manager accused us of leaving cap off. planned on purchase of new jeep next year but wont return t.here.

Great experience for my auto purchase today. The only negative is not being told that there was no CD player in the car and I did not notice that! I feel they should specifically inform customers of this !!
I bought my BMW from these folks,yes I said BMW, and the experience was excellent they went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was stress free as it could be. I'll admit I was skeptical because with this type of car it's usually best to buy from the BMW dealer but they changed that thought.. Very professional group. On a Saturday, Traveling from Myrtle Beach back home to Ohio and started having trouble with our Dodge Ram. Thankful for Justin in the service center, we are back on the road again and will still make it home by midnight!!
