Called twice to get a service appointment for my truck. Both times was told they would check their schedule and call me back. Still waiting. I suppose they have so much business they don't need mine.

Scheduled and appointment to have work done on my car(02 Millennia). Had car towed to dealership the day before scheduled appointment so it would be there on time. Car was supposed to be ready that afternoon, but was not done due to supposedly not having a tech to do it.
