Good experience even though they could not get my payments as low as they initially told me when doing final negotiations. Andrew was my salesman and he did his best to be sure I left with the 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid I had my heart set on. Even filled the tank up with gas before I left. I feel good about the car and think I will be happy. If not, I will be back here to let everyone know.

I called and setup a meeting on Friday to drive a 2017 Ram truck. I called that morning to confirm. I took off of work and drove 1.5 hrs. I arrived and asked for the Mgr Brandon and was told the truck was sold the night before. He could care less what it cost me to get there. He did not bother to even stand up or apologize. He pretty much said it was not his fault. I left and bought a new Ram Truck in Cary.
We bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade from here on 1/25/18! Awesome place with good folks! Corey was our salesman! He was very friendly and he added no pressure to the process! Gerald found the exact vehicle we were after at another dealership and got it for us! We will be customers here again!
This used to be a decent dealership. Everybody in the service department knew you when you walked in. Now, no familiar faces, they act like they could care less if you are there or not. They lied to my son about a lease and then refused to even answer questions, choosing to dodge and say they didn't have anything to do with it. Went to see if my fuel sensor was covered under an emissions warranty cause I riding around with no way of knowing how much gas I have. Got 40,000 miles on it and they tell me if it’s not them they have to charge me to look at it. Why couldn’t they tell me ahead of time so I won’t have to be spending $112.30 of my hard earned money. First Dodge I’ve ever owned. Now I want to sell it. Can’t wait for the next thing to go wrong with bucket of bolts! Their trucks are as crappy as their service.
