first time reflexology such a relaxing experience !! educational in calm enviroment would 100 percent recommend and will definitely be returning : )
I would love to recommend my lovely friend to everyone who needs a bit of hormone balancing and relaxing really aching feet. I had a lovely Reflexology treatment with Daniela this morning and my feet feel like they are wrapped in cotton wool and my mental state at this moment is just chilled. Very well done again Daniela. I recently went for a reflexology session with Daniela and can say I would thoroughly recommend it. Daniela is lovely, very welcoming and makes you feel at ease straight away. Her treatment room is 'like the tropics' which was fabulous for me considering my house is like a fridge most of the time! The treatment itself was very relaxing and I would like to return for more reflexology and/or try some of her other treatments.
I recently received my first reflexology/reiki treatment. I have wanted to do this for ages and it was definitely worth waiting for. Lovely setting, I felt really relaxed and Daniela explained the process before the treatment very well. The only way I can describe it is I felt 'pepped up' the next day, and it left me wanting to explore more about reiki and the healing process. I will definitely be returning, as I found it very beneficial.
