Impossible to make an appointment, even if you want to make one months in advance they just won’t let you
The reception staff at the surgery is an absolute joke, they are unprepared, rude and don't bother to try solve issues. It is impossible to book an appointment (it's either too early or too late every time one has the misfortune to call the surgery and their online service does not work most of the time). The only exception is Pauline, who is always kind and knowledgeable.
I called up at 3pm to get an afternoon appointment and was 2nd in the queue, the lady said “what is the reason you need an appointment” and I said I’d rather not say my medical issue as I’m in public on the bus. She then told me there were no more appointments?? How could there only be one afternoon appointment? This was so rude and inconsiderate. I must now try again tomorrow.
no chance for booking 1 week in advance , always more then 30 min waiting time on the phone .. finally no space. The worst GP ever seen
