Please save yourself a tonne of grief by completely avoiding this company. It's beyond me why landlords choose this place, don't they check a company out first?! I am now in the process of a complaint against them via their redress scheme. Don't expect any calls, emails or contact at all for that matter especially after you pay a holding deposit. We missed out on the perfect home for us because of their complete lack of professionalism.
Don’t recommend anyone to deal with them. It’s the worst agency l dealt with. They don’t reply on emails.They don’t respect people. They are not helpful or cooperative at all.

As a landlord who pays them to manage my property, they are terrible. They do not reply to emails or calls but are quick enough to email when they want money from you. I can never get hold of them (I don’t live locally). I’ve also made a complaint to the property ombudsman about them too. Such poor service. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
They charged us 600£ for a cat rent? A pet deposit? Nope it was one time payment that helped them to make more money because we have 4 pets, nobody was accepting to rent an house and they wanted to gain as much as possible from our situation. I contacted them several times via email, about mold, a cheap bath that broke as soon as we started the tenancy, but I was wasting my time, since they never bothered to reply.
