Having been poorly for 10 days, I gave in at 8am and attempted to book a Dr appt. I started at 19th in the queue. I was swiftly answered then called back with a triage call. By 9.30am id been in and seen Mark (who was lovely. Rally took the time to listen). Thanks so much

We are trying to contact the surgery using an e- consult or Patches request.There is no information about this on your website. As we already have the NHS app for ourselves, we are unable to download again to use for an elderly relative. It is no wonder that the elderly feel let down by the current access arrangements for general practice. Your news section is also disappointing. It only highlights when the surgery is closed for staff training Absolutely nothing positive about patient care at all.
