Extremely poor management – avoid at all costs. Ash Ponsonby has shown a serious lack of transparency and shockingly poor communication. Service charges are raised unpredictably and with questionable justification — often with no clear explanation or breakdown of costs. This agency has left us with no heating and no hot water since late December. It has been three weeks now and I have to call them 5 times to ask for an update. They promise they will call me back but they rarely do. It is currently snowing and we may have to stay in a hotel because we are sick and our flat is freezing cold.
