I was in Asda Wallsend this morning buying items for work for a near by local funeral directors. I did not bring enough petty cash with me from the office to cover the bill so a lovely lady that works there called Andrea or Amanda I think paid the rest with her own personal bank card. Very helpful and kind thing to do it saved me running back to the office for more money. I will call in to pay her back bless her. Much appreciated Kerry from RS Scott funeral directors 😁❤️
This store need to reset their staff customer service! I don’t usually get upset easily, last few weeks I had several awful experiences with staff! Not helpful to start to being rude , sarcastic, terrible attitude towards customers . Very disappointed how their service is going down so fast! Very sad to see this store is failing in all aspects of customer service meaning, and losing the customers! Very sad!
Pathetic clueless staff what’s management up to employing this lot boggles the mind
