My experience with Asda Tyres was absolutely catastrophic and a complete waste of my money and time. While the ordering was through Asda, their chosen and "approved" fitting partner, CLCM Auto Services LTD, delivered a service defined by gross negligence, dishonesty, and outright vehicle damage. Looking at the reviews on here it looks like they send the same response to all customer complaints and their management and directors must be ok with that? Horrendous customer service. Arranged for a tyre to be fitted via a local fitter for 2nd July. Arrived at the time I had selected to be told they had no record of the appointment, and ASDA tyres had not sent the confirmation email to them. I am very disappointed with the customer service email and telephone support. Their exact words were, 'There is nothing we can help you with, we do not know what to do.' The issue I had was resetting the password for my account. The Asda website has a bug that prevents changing the password through the reset link. Every time I request a password reset, it asks for my email address but doesn't provide the correct link. If only i'd read the previous reviews! We couldn't get to a fitting centre as our tyre wouldn't hold any air. Booked a mobile tyre fitting service for Tuesday and was allocated an all day slot 09.00-18.00 with fitter due to call prior to arrival. Got to 17.30 having taken a day off from work to be there and no arrival from Fitter. Called the Fitter directly 3 times between 17.30-18.00 and was re-directed to a mobile phone which was never answered and left 2 messages. Ordered tyres, booked fitting time arrived 15mins before fitting garage said they didn’t get notification had to return the next day! On top of this I’ve never received any invoice?!!! Certainly will not use in the future.
