Ascot Drainage was super responsive when I messaged on a Friday evening. I sent a video of the issue and Adam immediately said that it was easy and he can come on a Saturday morning as it was causing smell and discomfort. Adam arrived at the appointed time and got started and was done quickly. If he wanted he could have charged me anything he wished however, his honesty and truth came through and he did not charge me an arm and a leg. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We had a fantastic experience with Adam today following a drain which we needed unblocking. He showed up on time and was super friendly from the get-go. He took the time to explain each step of the process, using a camera to show us what was going on inside the drains. It was really helpful to see and understand the issues firsthand. Adam found several problems including a cracked drain pipe which had caused the blockage, explained various solutions and completed the unblocking to a very high standard. I recently had a blocked drain and called Ascot Drains and Maintenance for help. I was extremely impressed with their service from start to finish.
