Beware! Terrible Company, they tell you problem with lift is not covered by Warranty, then charges you for call outs and parts, even tho after last repair was only temporary and you call them back to say there’s still a problem they say that’s ok it will be down at next service! Then when breaks down again, you get told oh well it’s now charge able to you and unless you pay, we cannot come out

Stairlift stopped working at 8:45pm Friday evening. We called the service line and the technician was with us within 20 minutes! Just over an hour after we called to report the fault, it was fixed. Incredible service, thankyou so much.

I highly recommend Ascendit lifts. Very well installed and any problems dealt with extremely quickly and customer service very courteous and polite.We had a problem and it was dealt with the same day.Engineer serviced the stairlift whilst he was out for a repair, even though it was late evening. Always happy to help with any questions so I would definitely recommend this company if you are considering a stairlift. Ann Clarke
