Had this fabulous company put my sons lift in , from start to finish, I could not ask for a better service , three work men arrived to prepare for lift installation, amazing workmen , they were friendly and always tidied up after the self’s , making sure they left each night that the door to room that had the hole in ready for lift, was securely locked , was a pleasant having them working in our home , then lift engineers came out to install the lift , very professional and friendly efficient workmen , I’m very happy for the... read more

Beware! Terrible Company, they tell you problem with lift is not covered by Warranty, then charges you for call outs and parts, even tho after last repair was only temporary and you call them back to say there’s still a problem they say that’s ok it will be down at next service! Then when breaks down again, you get told oh well it’s now charge able to you and unless you pay, we cannot come out

Stairlift stopped working at 8:45pm Friday evening. We called the service line and the technician was with us within 20 minutes! Just over an hour after we called to report the fault, it was fixed. Incredible service, thankyou so much.

I highly recommend Ascendit lifts. Very well installed and any problems dealt with extremely quickly and customer service very courteous and polite.We had a problem and it was dealt with the same day.Engineer serviced the stairlift whilst he was out for a repair, even though it was late evening. Always happy to help with any questions so I would definitely recommend this company if you are considering a stairlift. Ann Clarke
