I have had the pleasure of renting with AS Residential for 2 years and it has been nothing short of top quality. The process for renting was stress free and straightforward. When we moved into the property, everything was clean and clearly maintained to a high standard. During our 2 years tenancy, we have only had to report very minor maintenance work 3-4 times, all of which were dealt with in a professional and quick manner (fixed within 3 days or less!). I am a landlord and would only trust AS residential to manage my property. Ashleigh and the team are helpful and efficient and take the stress out of owning an investment property. Any repairs are taken care of through them and change of tenancies are hassle free.
