I visited your diagnostic center today for an early pregnancy USG scan. We arrived at 9:30 AM and were informed that the doctor would arrive at 10:00 AM. However, the doctor arrived only at around 10:40 AM. Even though we were the first patients to arrive, we had to wait until approximately 11:40 AM to receive the report. I visited Aruna diagnostic at alA S Rao nagar for a scan. The report we received had wrong details, and when we went back to get it corrected, the nursing staff behaved very rudely and dismissed our concerns. Medical centers need to be careful with reports because it directly impacts a patient's health and treatment. The lack of accountability and poor behavior from staff made the experience even worse. Not recommended.

This was one of the worst healthcare experiences I have had. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic courtesy. Communication was poor, and patients were not treated with the care they deserve. The consultation was also disappointing. I believe I was given an incorrect diagnosis, which caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I had to travel nearly 300 km from my home to Vijayawada to get the correct diagnosis and proper care from my regular doctor. I suggest evening hours no one should go through the centr... read more
