Fantastic service. We were let down by another company for cladding. I spoke to Dan who assured me they could fulfil our order. I ordered on a Friday, delivered Tuesday. We are very pleased with the product.
I do not recommend this company. I have placed an order for £230 and never received it. I have cancelled the order and requested money back, but they never did . Customer service is slow and does not help me. Don't deal with them if you don't want to lose your money.

Ordered samples which never arrived. Contacted their online chat, no reply. Emailed them, no reply. Finally, called them and was told Royal Mail lost the parcel so they would send out another one with next day delivery. Never received that one either. Called them again, and he said he would check and call me back. But I never received a call back. The company is either fraudulent, or terrible shipment/customer service. Either way, I would avoid!
