Stefanos did an outstanding job for us - the property we were looking to buy didn’t fit within the lending criteria for most lenders (because it had a self-contained flat and two kitchens) but he invested significant time researching the market to identify a lender who would take the property on and sure enough at the first time of asking our application was accepted! We’d recommend Stefanos to anyone looking to purchase a non-standard / complicated residents property.

Stef at Articus was a life saver; another broker we used was poor and gave us bad advice, before leaving us high and dry as the mortgage company cancelled the application due to the time it took. We'd incurred cost in having a consent to let and other things too.... From the minute we spoke to Stef, he was great, understood our requirements, knew the right lender to get things moved quickly, the offer was produced in about 20 days which was fantastic. They were willing to assist me, and Theo was reasonably courteous and pleasant to deal with. However, I found them a bit slow, to the point that I got concerned about the timeline and engaged another broker so that I don't get let down. Turned out to be a blessing that I did so as the other broker ended up getting a much better deal than I eventually got offered via Articus.
