Dr. Raines did an excellent job repairing a tear in one of the small muscles of my shoulder. He is kind, pleasant, and professional. April, one of his medical assistants, always had a cheerful word for me and for everyone else in the office. I am completely satisfied with my treatment and grateful to have the use of my arm and shoulder again!

He is the nicest Dr. I have had to treat me
Dr. Raines is so very talented. It's obvious that he enjoys is profession and it shows in the care he gives to his patients. I had a tkr early September and he made certain that I was informed of the procedure and what I could expect.
Dr. Raines absolutely know what he is doing. I'm younger than the average knee replacement candidate and I was having issues in both knees. We stalled for over 5 years and eventually had to do one of my knees a year ago. He was honest throughout the entire process, took time to explain my situation, and equipped me with what was needed to get the best results. He pushed me to do my part in recovery but it was for the better. He even encouraged me to get a 2nd opinion - if that would help!
Dr Raines did a great job when I initially went to him to diagnose my knee after a mountain biking accident. He showed me all my films and carefully explained all my options. He worked with me to determine the best course of action. I ultimately did a month of rehab pre surgery to allow my mcl to begin to heal and then had acl replacement, miniscus repair, and patella repair surgery. I just had my one year post op appointment and thanks to Dr Raines skill and patient care I am good as new.
The performance of Dr. Raines' support staff leaves much to be desired.
Always treated with the highest respect. Explains problems so you can understand what is wrong. Show visual aides to let you see X-rays and then shows them so you can see the exact problem. Very kind and caring person. Has cared for several of our Sisters who he did surgery on and all of such high regard for Dr. Raines.
