Dr. Raines and staff have been great to work with in addressing my shoulder issues. He is very personable, transparent, and efficient. After comprehensive evaluation, he explained things clearly, gave me options, and gave me his recommendation. I can't say better things about Dr. Raines & his staff! Dr. Raines is attentive and helpful, and actually listened to my concerns. I had knee issues for months while seeing another doctor first, and after seeing Dr. Raines, my issues were actually addressed and fixed.
