Dr. Arthur Raines was Godsent! My dad is an 87 years old man who was barely mobile and needed a cane to get around. Initially, dad did not want any surgery. Dr. Raines was very patient with him and treated him accordingly. Eventually, dad did change his mind and allowed Dr. Raines to do a Rt knee replacement. Incredibly professional, patient and courteous and friendly staff. Dr. Raines’ thorough explanations and willingness to exhaust his answers to my questions made me feel like I was at the right place and with the right doctor. Highly recommend! 

Knee dislocations

I was referred to Dr. Raines after a patella dislocation that sent me to the hospital. He spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me (after I waited in the room for over an hour) and painfully maneuvered my kneecap. He prescribed physical therapy and a brace. The technician then put the brace on the wrong way, further pushing my kneecap. Dr. Raines refused to do an MRI. On my two follow-ups, my husband timed one at 3 minutes 29 seconds, and another at 4 minutes 12 seconds. He told me he wanted to "proceed with treatment" ... read more

Dr. Raines was very kind and patient. He offered sound medical advice, answered all of my questions, and took the steps to make sure I was diagnosed and treated correctly. Thanks to him I’m doing much better now.

When I saw Dr Raines he diagnosed me with osteoarthritis and prescribed me prescription medicine and recommended I stop running (I am active 33yr old) When my knee swelled up, I returned for a visit and had to convince him I needed an MRI. I didn’t return. When I found a doctor that listened to me and took the time to diagnose me. It turned out both knees had surgical treatments that would regain my activity level and prolong the life of my knees. I am now active and able to walk pain free. Dr. Raines is a true professional that exhibited superb care and concern for me as his patient. He allotted time for all questions and concerns to be addressed before beginning the treatment plan. He explained the condition well and after the procedure, I experienced improvement. All of the staff were friendly and caring. So pleased with the experience.

Dr Raines was great from my first appointment. No BS just gave me the facts about what needed to be done. He did a Full Knee Replacement on my right knee that had been damaged since my High School days ( 59 now ). Excellent job. Xrays of new Knee are clean and rehab is going great. Great surgeon!

Was referred there for severe knee pain. The Dr. Was in a hurry and cold. He needs to learn patient care isn't just surgery. It's mostly also understanding what a patient is facing and will face and treating them humanely. Pain management is an important part of patient care. Also he left the door open at times speaking loudly for others to hear. That's against the law.

Had an appointment at 2pm- arrived 15min prior and didn’t see doctor until 3:50- for 5 min. Then he says that wait times are unpredictable and he treats all his patients with Royal Royce treatment but I never been more disrespected with my time and money.
