This year Artform have been building a large house in Methuen Avenue. N10. The site is managed by Dean and he has been extremely helpful with answering questions and keeping the neighbours informed. It is a happy site, the bricklayers even sing as the work. I would strongly recommend artform project management based on my experience . Keith William.
Have facilitated an illegal and unauthorised build for over 18 months. No licensing, no site management plan, damaging trees, attempting to bribe locals to stay quiet, pumping waste from site into public drains and neighbours gardens, using public parking and disabled parking with no permission etc etc. Clean cut on the surface, profit at all costs at the heart of the operation. Phenomenal development by Artform on Harrow Road. Been living in a flat they developed for over a year and it’s been terrific.
