Brilliant experience every step of the way. Having read the reviews here, and running through various options with Phil (who couldn’t have been more accommodating and informative throughout), I decided to have all of the flooring for my flat (carpet, LVT, and engineered wood) fitted through Art of Flooring. Absolutely no regrets! Fitters Brett, Carl, and John did an absolutely fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with the result!
We had Art of Flooring do vinyl flooring and wood stairs. From the beginning, Phill supported us in making decisions and explaining how the work would be done since our house already had tiles in the ensuites. During the installation, Jonh was excellent and explained everything to ensure that we were happy. The work was perfect, and the floor and stairs look gorgeous. I couldn't recommend more this company and its fantastic staff.
Great service as previously when renewing our living room carpet. The fitter in particular was excellent, very neat and tidy job including dealing with the loudspeaker cables that needed to run under the carpet. Thanks!
We had a fantastic experience with Phil and Sam from AofF. Everything from the planning to the execution they went out their way to make sure that everything was spot on. Great communication was the key. I'd especially like to also thank John the fitter who was brilliant. He kept us informed through the job, managed any issues and found solutions to problems which we didn't foresee and worked around the family. His attention to detail was second to none.
