After 5 attempts to try and talk with the technician who did my break job and left my emergency break too loose. I asked to speak with the service manager and the lady told me they are too busy. That's fine! I will be getting in contact with Ford. Warning never get your breaks serviced at this dealership!!
Parts dept. Are wonderful people! Great job!!! Special ordered a part the Smith Ford could not seem to get right and it was there the next day and they had it waiting for me!

By far worst customer services ever, I have been trying to get ahold of service and no one can even pick up the phone. They are also trying to tell my wife that we don't have a warranty and in fact we do for 75,000 miles.

I have been there 3 times for the same thing, the knobs to the air and heat don't work. I have to call them 2morrow because after they " fixed " them 2 wks ago they are still not working. Of course the warranty from the first time they fixed it wasn't any good, supposedly it needed a different part. STILL NOT WORKING. Does anyone there know how to fix anything.

The service department here are cheats, and liars. They told me my extended Warrantee didn't cover something when they never even submitted a claim. They accused me of cutting my trunk cables when they clearly were frayed from wear and tear. Never buy a car from here if you plan on using them to service the vehicle.

Art Hill Ford Lincoln in my opinion is a great place to buy a vehicle. Joe Gannuscio the service manager is the main reason I take both of my vehicles in for all service needs. He and the service staff are friendly and patience. Thanks Arthur Hill

Family has bought a good hand full of cars from art hill including 93 ranger , 99 Ford Taurus , 2004 Ford Escape , 2010 mustang gt 2014 gt all dealt with bill Moore who was fantastic every time also I have had a positive experience with @tyler Cole who let me test drive a 2016 ecoboost mustang which I plan on ordering soon all in all fantastic service
We bought a TOL F150. Within one week it's been in the shop twice. We feel we should get a new truck. We paid top dollar for this vehicle.
