Very poorly managed experience. I called at 10:30 AM for a semen analysis and was asked to come by 11. I booked an 11:15 appointment and, on arrival, was told the wait would be 10 minutes. I ended up waiting until 1:30 PM, only to then be told that sample collection would happen at 2 PM. Delays can happen, but a 3-hour wait should have been communicated upfront. Very little regard for a patient’s time.
