Great clinic however no one ever picks up the phone when you ring them

I went in to have the marina coil fitted today and I was super nervous about it but Dr. Montford was absolutely amazing and reassuring and really did calm me down a lot. Talked me through the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable with it. I had an absolute angel of a nurse, Chloe, who held my hand through the whole process and really was an absolute godsend and I cannot thank her enough for being there. Thank you both, you’re amazing at what you guys do!

I’ve always had a good experience with arrowside. Been coming here for years. It’s sometimes hard to get through to them when you call them but they pick up eventually. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, they don’t actually book the appointments for you they get a nurse to call you and you book your appointment with them. Never had a problem with this place, maybe the phone part but I don’t mind, I just spam them with calls like a crazy ex until they pick up :)

If I could give 0 stars I would, my girlfriend rang up this morning to discuss some issues she’s been having after having the contraceptive injection on December 8th and has caused her to be continuously bleeding since January 5th. She then proceeded to pass this info onto the receptionist who then proceeded to speak to her with the worst attitude I’ve witnessed from a receptionist which is completely unacceptable. Absolutely terrible service, phoned to book an appointment to be told we don't book appointments we take your details then a nurse will call you back to discuss and offer you an appointment if needed. This is a totally appalling service you are being obstructive and causing difficulties for people who need to access healthcare. An appointment should be offered to people who want a health check.
