Amazing job during our most recent HHG pickup. Tom, Clive, and Aiden were absolutely top notch. I loved that they felt comfortable making our home their temporary home by playing music, conversing and joking with all of us. They thoroughly covered all items to be packed and had us check rooms again to make sure that everything was in the crates before they were sealed. Thoroughly recommend. Will use for all future moves. Fantastic experience for a move that ended up spreading over the weekend. Booked originally for a 2 day move (Thurs to Friday), but a last minute change in completion day meant we didn't get keys till Friday 2pm. The Arrowpack team were really accommodating, helpful and agreed to keep everything on the van over the weekend. We got time to clean the new property and move everything in on Monday with no fuss. Crew did a great job, however for my move out of storage, I used another local company, half the price, and although my payments were up to date, an error had been made on my final bill, not my fault, and I was informed that if I didn’t pay the £10 owed, my items would not be released from the warehouse the following day. Basically threatening me. Not happy at all….
