Worst company ever!!! I have been dealing with my claim for over a month! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company there a bunch of frauds.
Refuse to pay additional living expenses during Hurricane Matthew. Also, refuse to write denial letter for FEMA. We received no help due to this. Used all of our savings. I am a small business owner with seven kids. Terrible company. Now it is Hurricane season again(Irma). Write the letter! !! I have filed a complaint with BBB and I am getting a lawyer.
Worst freaking experience. Way too much to write about. They are incompetent. Don't waste your money.
Worst insurance company ever! They don't care about people. Our upstair neighbor is their policy owner and got flooded back in November. Our unit is in a disaster shape due to that flood since then. Now we are getting contractors to fix the unit. During the construction process, we are going to lose use of our unit- the furnitures have to move out and stored in a storage and we have to find a place to live.
