Filed a claim in August. It’s now December. Can’t even get answer fro my adjuster.

Insurance shoppers, beware. This is the first time out of 3 YEARS that we had to use our homeowner's insurance after a storm back in April. We received the first check to put towards getting our roof replaced, but 4 MONTHS LATER and they still have yet to send us the depreciation check to reimburse ourselves for the remaining repairs we had done. Worst company I have ever come into contact with. Poor customer support, adjuster doesn't answer phone calls or respond to voicemails and never responds to e-mails dragging your claim on for months. Call to speak with management? You reach a whole other circus of lies and deception that ends up going no where. This company only ensures to give you head aches and wasted time. I HIGHLY recommend staying clear of this company at any cost.
One of the most unprofessional and incompetent companies I've ever worked with. At the very worst of the CORONA VIRUS epidemic I received an e-mail notice threatening to terminate my account due to non-payment of a $60 balance -- which they had been mailing to a wrong address. Upon voicing my discontent of their bad timing, I was essentially told "We don't care. Pay now!" Horrible company if you have a claim they treat you like your a criminal. Then they ignore your calls and emails like you don't exist. Buyer beware shop somewhere else.
Terrible !!!! They will not honor claims and will not correspond to rectify issues and will deny o td fight to deny claims.
