If your home in California, don't buy this home insurance. This is SCAM. Will get cancelled in 1 month and the refund very low. Also the premium insurance overpriced. Geico offered me this home insurance, I thought was good. But the FACT is suck.
We have an earthquake insurance with Arrowhead and have had good experiences with the company reps. When we did a retrofit they first wouldn't allow for a discount because we couldn't prove according to their clauses that the whole house was retrofitted. But when I showed the city permit they approved it anyway. So finally a company who can read between the lines of their own policy.
The absolute worst. They straight up don't want to help but rather cause problems. They tried dropping my policy for the prettiest of issuse such as missing a photo. Ridiculous.
Case# 159012017 Arrowhead Zurich American Insurance Despite numerous emails and phone calls, their third party Adjuster, American Claims Management (ACM) is very unprofessional and not responding to their valued customers making us so disappointed and perturbed. Salesman stopped by and called weekly, but once that check is handed over the service goes out the window. We asked for a follow up and modification to the policy, but never happened. Matter of fact, we never saw the agent again or even heard from him. Then, we never received out bills or had our payment auto-drafted as asked MULTIPLE times.
