Got this insurance provider after using Progressive to "bundle" auto and home owner's insurance. Just a middle man company that insulates you from the actual insurance company underneath (Universal North America Insurance is apparently my "real" company). Their website doesn’t work and their customer service is terrible. Avoid them.
Word to the wise do not do business with these folks. They have no customer service and ultimately could careless about their customers. Insured under these folks through Geico, needless to say I’ll be reviewing that mistake, and have to pull teeth to get a response from anyone. After nearly three weeks and four calls to our adjuster and their supervisor I have yet to receive a call back. Our friends have had them for over 29 years and never had a claim with this shitty company, two years ago there house caught fire and under there coverage it is supposed to cover this well the still haven't touched this house and are refusing to fix it!!!! Definitely won't be recommending them and I will be going all over to let people know about these crooks
They don't rebuild! My sister and hubby have been displaced since their house caught on fire...OVER A YEAR AGO!
Worst company ever, we get the runaround and our adjuster is unreachable and incredibly rude. Our house has no working bathrooms in addition to other issues but yet he will not approve us for temp housing. He told us the only way this insurance would cover our housing is if “there were a huge hole in the roof and you can see the sun shining through”.
