Poor they can't pay medical bills Even tho I pay my insurance every month I been dealing with this crap for 9 MONTHS they can't even give me 1 months credit for all the hell I have gone THEW in 9 months if this goes on my credit Im suing Arrowhead count on that you all don't know how to do your job and you don't know how to treat your customers don't go with this company

Told them I was cancelling my policy but no customer service people could verify it. Changed my CC number and got insured with another carrier. Two weeks after the policy expired, somehow Arrowhead found a way to withdraw a six-month payment from my account. Now I have to go to my bank and dispute these fraudulent charges. Thanks. Horrible customer service, if you can even reach them. If you need help you had better hope it's during west coast business hours, even then don't expect much.
