horrible customer service for existing customers!! Agents who constantly put you on hold because they can't figure out why my premium was raised by over 35 % this year. Telling me I am putting words in her mouth , having me transferred to yet another agent who tells me they have added coverage for fungus and animals that are now requirements. So for my 9 pound yorkie and extras I do not need coverage for I refuse the 35 % increase! Guess you are losing another customer. Worst place to do business with!
Do not recommend anyone using this company. Made the mistake over switching for a cheaper rate from AllState this Spring through Geico and it's been one problem after another with billing, customer service and questions. The customer service group is the most unhelpful office I have ever dealt with, and does not work to offer solutions or recommendations. You get what you pay for apparently.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone mainly because customer service is almost nonexistent and customer satisfaction isn't a priority. My fiancee has been insured with them for over a year. This month we paid, received confirmation, a new insurance card, and a "thank you" letter for payment only to be cut off days later due to insufficient funds, our account was more than sufficient.
worse services ever i dont recommend them they cancel my car policy without letting me know they still want me pay them the money want i am sue them with my attorney in court they wont return my hundred something of my deposit of car policy gave them worse car insurance people there scammers of not notification of them canceling my policy
could listen to customers and not cancel policy and not inform client until a few weeks before with no reason. Very disappointed with this company
We were evacuated during the Woosley Fire. It tool days to get someone to call us back and give us any information. We got a claim number and an adjuster finally. A week later they send someone to take photos and do an environmental test. We were told we shouldn’t be staying in the house by the adjuster. I’ve called and left messages several times a day and have not received a return call. All our neighbors have had air purifiers all over their houses and cleaning crews in. This is the WORST company to do business with! Talk about a bunch of scammers! I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!
Hello Again Arrowhead. It is me Angela Even I still have not recieved my letter. You are a shameful,shady company. Nice try blocking me but I have a HUGE family and you cannot block us all. I have received no help from FEMA because of your negligence. WRITE THE LETTER. #negative stars
Put in a claim for a leak in my roof that occurred during Hurricane Florence. There adjuster checked the roof on the outside, but not on the inside. They low balled me on the claim at $300.00, when I had a roofing expert and drywall interior specialist tell me repairs would be closer to $800. Still below my deductible, but quick to close/denie the claim. Rude, shady and unprofessional. Stay away from these guys please!!
