Fantastic service, friendly and accommodating.
Amazing service. I was able to leave with a van in less than 10 minutes, and drop off was 24/7, which was really handy. The team was friendly and will be go back when we need a van again.
Highly recommended! We rented a lorry for the day and everything went smoothly. The chap who helped us was incredibly helpful and couldn't have given better customer service. Very reasonable pricing, drop-off was simple and they were very accommodating
Hard to find a 17-seater minibus at a sensible price, but this small local business did the trick. No fuss, even let me pick it up the evening before my 2-day rental. Breath of fresh air to deal with people face to face in a world of corporate disconnection.
Pleasure to deal with these guys, lorry was well maintained very clean and I shopped around and Arrow was the most reasonable price and also they are open Sunday morning which other companies aren’t! You can drop vehicle off out of hours too Thanks for your help Paul 10/10 service
