Great experience renting a van from Arrow - friendly, efficient service at pickup, nice van that got the job done, and then 24 hour drop off when we were finished. Competitive price wise with everywhere else I checked.

I would definitely recommend Arrow Self Drive We hired a minibus for Europe trip and the process was very smooth. Customer service was well delivered, really appreciated the hassle free of the booking and return of the bus.

Very very unsatisfied and disappointed. I had an important stuffs to move to my home and had booked myself a van from phone conversation and paid for the day. When i went to get the vehicle with my UK full license, they simply rejected that they cannot rent it for people who didn’t have license for minimum 3 years. Like i needed to know that information by myself? Neither its in website not they had informed me when booking. I had called twice and they didn’t thought important to ask me about it?
