PATHETICALLY SLOW, ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, AT REPAIRING THE LIFT. THEY USE THE AGE-OLD INDUSTRY MANTRA OF "OH WE'VE GOT TO SEND AWAY FOR A PART, THAT HAS TO BE SPECIALLY MADE". AVOID THESE CHARLATANS.

My experience working with Arrow Lift Engineers has been very positive. The communication is both friendly and professional. One of the Directors, Nikki, is very knowledgeable of the lift industry and can effectively run a business, so KUDOS to you! We have placed 2 Lift Engineers with Arrow, and both are happy and enjoying the workload and company culture.
