I was very impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and customer service by Angelo and his team. Angelo visited within 2 days of contacting Arrow Home Care to quote for replacing glass, a lock and another window that wouldn’t open. We recently needed new panels on our PVC door. The customer service was excellent - thorough communication and quite quick to answer any questions we had. Overall we had a very good experience and felt we got a reasonable price for what we needed. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
Outstanding local supplier of glass. Jacqueline and her team could not be nicer or more helpful, especially if you are simply looking for a small, low-cost glass unit replacement - as most other suppliers don't even provide a quote for such small orders. Would 100% use Arrow Homecare / Busby Glass again. A+++
