The two nurses I had for labor and delivery were rude to my family and I, but the nurses in mommy and baby area were very kind and helpful
Take to long to get tooking care of. I was there 8 hours
I can't even describe the amazing way that the burn unit at arrowhead regional medical center has been! They've been nothing but professional and attentive in every way! I'm so grateful that I came here with my son.this is the right place to be!
Very inadequate and incapable since 2008 when we had our first child. Now on our third child and giving you another shot was a mistake. You can't even keep records correctly! I'd never recommend this hospital to anyone for anything. How do you have us come for an ultrasound and tell us you'll contact us for our next appointment just to tell us over a month later that there is no record of our pregnancy in your system!?!?! We were actually there for the US! Where did our file go? You should be ashamed of yourself for the sub ... read more
I had my son here 6 years ago and the experience was good. I was here recently for Emergency services but was not in waiting room long since I'm pregnant I was sent upstairs to maternity I waited there for 6 hours which is the longest I've ever had to wait.. but I was taken care of properly. The parking here really is too small they do need a lot more parking.

They give you no call lights here ,should be illegal not to say nurse takes 3 hours ignoring me just to get water and CPAp machine it's ridiculous ...And I'm still here I don't even know why I should be AMA a long time ago.
Took a loved one through emergency. The wait was lengthy to say the least. However the discovery of pneumonia was worth knowing and treating. Life over "the wait" has prevailed. ...I had my kindle and good conversations to whittle the time away.
